**Summary**
**JOB SUMMARY**: Facilitates improvement in the overall quality and completeness of inpatient medical record documentation and obtains appropriate documentation through extensive interactions with providers.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Education: Nursing, Physician's Assistant, or MD. Experience: 5-7 years.
**CERTIFICATION**: Maryland Registered Nurse License
