**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Arrange site quality compliance procedures, manuals, and reports.
- Supervisor inspections, surveys, reports, and documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required documents.
- Evaluate the qualifications of the employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to the QA/QC Management System through periodic audits.
- Prepare and submit accurate compliance status reports.
- Maintain all welding/compliance documents ensuring they are up to date.
- Ensure required testing data, and that documentation is in place and readily accessible.
- Maintain, plan, and schedule all ongoing certifications, training, and various compliance-related documentation in correspondence with the Safety Manager and QA Manager.
- Manage outsourced calibrations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
