**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cabinet shop, including production, scheduling, and quality control.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate production and installation of custom cabinetry.
- Utilize computer and Office-related software to manage orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet project deadlines and maximize productivity.
- Organize pickup lists and coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of cabinetry.
- Manage and supervise shop staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support production requirements.
- Monitor shop performance and identify areas for improvement to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

**Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the cabinetry or woodworking industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading plans and blueprints.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and meeting project deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual a plus
