**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Operations located in San Diego, CA at DiversyFund. The Assistant Director of Operations will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure business goals are met. They will work closely with other departments to optimize procedures and lead strategic initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity and profitability.

**Qualifications**
- Operations Management, Project Management, Analytical Skills, and Process Implimentation skills
- Innovation Management
- Systems Focused, Process Centric, with the ability to Operationalize Projects/Performance/Tasks in order to Scale
- Team Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Experience in the finance and/or technology industry is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday

Work setting:

- In-person
