Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Adhere to all food safety and beverage handling procedures - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses - Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly - Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food industry is preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong time management skills to ensure timely service Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
