Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate POS system and cash register to process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow recipes and brewing techniques to ensure consistency in beverage quality
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell additional products or menu items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills to promote products and upsell to customers
- Proficient in food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with operating POS systems and cash registers
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
