**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support administrative needs of Haverford Square Properties executives
- Calendar management
- Assist with local and state filings
- Update meeting minutes
- Prepare communications for reporting, presentations and general correspondence
- Conduct research projects with executive direction
- General administrative duties
**Competencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail orientated
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
**Requirements**:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years property management or construction admin experience
- Experience in appfolio preferred
- Bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience required
