The Verizon Account Representative position is a front-facing role heavily focused on engaging target audiences and creating a memorable sales experience. As a Verizon Account Representative, your main responsibility is to evaluate customer needs and establish a strong, mutually beneficial relationship between the customer and the client. **Your Responsibilities as a Verizon Account Representative**:

- Present products and services directly to prospective customers utilizing promotional sales techniques and quality-focused sales methods
- Deliver engaging product presentations that positively impact the customer’s lifestyle and current situation
- Act as a primary point of contact between new customer accounts and clients to create and sustain a positive sales experience and drive new customer retention
- Communicate policy updates and product knowledge accurately and clearly
- Handle and advise customer accounts using a pre-vetted set of leads to qualify potential customers
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of products and services to drive opportunities for upselling
- Utilize organizational skills to track all customer interactions and file in accordance with our customer confidentiality requirements

**Preferred Verizon Account Representative Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service, sales, or applicable field is preferred but not required

- Ability to commute to and from our office location on a daily basis

Pay: $56,062.00 - $61,944.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
