**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities
- Manage inventory control procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Implement and optimize
- Oversee routine and project operations
- Expected to be partake in the project operations and to help with routine operations
- Lead a team of cleaning personnel

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting; vaccuums, floor machines, extractors, etc.
- Proficiency in carpet shampoo, carpet extraction, scrubbing hard floors, strip and seal/finish floors, buff floors, and upholstery extraction.
- Experience in cleaning industry; supervisor and as a worker
- Familiarity with materials handling and storage techniques
- Previous experience in cleaning management or supervision
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures
- Ability to obtain and retain an Airport Security Clearance; Badge and Customs Seal

- 10 Year Employment History - All employment for the past 10 years must be listed with no periods of unemployment greater than 30 days. This is a requirement for both Badge and Security Seal.

Expected hours: 40 per week
