StruXure Norcal is seeking for an energetic, proactive, and customer-oriented person to attend and assist our office located in Santa Clara CA.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Greets visitors,** **serve as a point of contact for customers and potential clients.
- Answers clients related inquiries over the phone or in person.
- Obtains pertinent information from incoming calls.
- Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks.
- Accepts and signs for packages and notifies package arrival.
- Keeps log of calls requiring further action and routes calls to appropriate person.
- Accurately takes, transmit and/or receive messages.
- Schedules and coordinates phone calls or meetings.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Organized & great at multi-tasking.
- Can-do, upbeat attitude, hard worker.
- Friendly, warm personality.
- Loves to talk to people in person and on phone.
- Previous CRM experience a plus
- Experience with heavy call volume and scheduling.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or front desk environment.
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in outlook & Microsoft office.
- Service oriented, telephone etiquette and work ethic.
- Self-motivated with good time management and task prioritization skills.
- Training in Company software will be provided.
- Background check will be requested.
