**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and leading a variety of activities and programs tailored to the interests and abilities of our elderly clients.
- Encourage and support clients' participation in activities, promoting social interaction and physical activity.
- Prepare and maintain activity materials and supplies, ensuring they are clean and in good condition.
- Monitor and assess clients’ participation and provide feedback to the Activities Coordinator.
- Help with setup and cleanup of activity areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting respect and understanding among clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and staff members to ensure individual needs are met.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Activities Coordinator.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in gerontology, recreation, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience working with the elderly or in a caregiving role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and patient with a genuine interest in working with the elderly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
