Houston, United States Texas Nutrition Therapy Consultants, PLLC. Full time

Hiring Consultant Dietitians for multiple LTC/Rehab facilities located in the Humble, College station, Tomball, Conroe, Woodlands, Mont Belvieu, East Houston TX areas. Total hours for each facility 28-36 monthly (varies per facility). You can set your own schedule M-F. Partially Remote if you desire. (visit facility/staff and residents, then document remotely, attend meetings as needed). Must be a Registered Dietitian with CDR and licensed in Texas.

Dietitian will perform nutrition assessments using Point Click Care EMR system. You will perform new admission/re-admission assessments, monitor monthly weights, wounds, TF/EN, and complete a monthly kitchen sanitation audit. 1+ years experience preferred. No weekends, holidays, flexible schedule. Positions begin 6/1/24. Rate DOE.
