**PURPOSE AND SCOPE**:
The Marketing Coordinator's purpose is to successfully plan and execute all company-wide marketing activities with enterprise sales and the company’s leadership team, including, but not limited to the responsibilities below.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Measuring marketing outcomes of our company-wide marketing efforts
- Meeting marketing submission deadlines
- Marketing calendars
- Marketing strategies and campaigns
- Vendor and publication relationships
- Website updates
- Growth of existing company offerings
- The use of various marketing platforms to maximize ROI
- Approval and sign off process of ownership, GM’s and key department head stakeholders as it relates to programming and marketing material
- Attending events and expos on behalf of the company in an effort to drive membership sales
- Develop Strategic marketing initiatives and activities
- Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content
- Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collecting content
- Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns, and online activities.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage
- Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels
- Develop and mange all internal communication systems
- Create, maintain and strengthen the company’s overall brand through all media avenues
- Organize and streamline service offerings into user friendly concepts
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS**:
Applicant must be able to commute from facility to facility if necessary, carry marketing items of up to 25 pounds, have the flexibility to work nights and weekends (depending on the business marketing needs). This position also requires the ability to work off-site, when required, on project-based marketing tasks.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required
- Business, Sales and or Marketing background required
- Two (2) years prior marketing and social media experience preferred
- General knowledge of health, wellness, fitness, and sports preferred
- Interest in maintaining an active lifestyle preferred
- CRM experienced preferred
- Web development and UX interface experience preferred
- Above average work ethic
- Ability to take direction and execute appropriately
- Outgoing personality with team player mentality
- High degree of integrity
- Above average organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Above average Marketing skills
- Good communication skills and ability to connect with customers

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
