**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, analyze, create, and optimize paid search marketing campaigns against sales and A/S goals, along with close collaboration with cross-functional groups, and identify profitable expansion opportunities. This will also focus on keyword selection.
- Create analytical reports pertaining to campaign performance, provide recommendations to achieve strategic goals against KPIs, and present to senior management and cross-functional groups.
- Research paid search trends and advancements within the industry to identify new betas and testing opportunities. Responsible for project management and maintenance of test schedules to ensure that tests are completed by set deadlines.
- Assist with development of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of the overall channel performance.
- Implement affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach and drive sales
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies
- Continuously monitor industry trends and stay updated on digital marketing best practices

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Amazon bulk update, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
- Strong knowledge of SEM, Ads, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and conversion optimization
- Excellent analytical excel skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications,computer science or Math Major related fields
- 2+ years of search marketing (SEM, PPC) experience.
- Experience managing direct response campaigns is a plus, preferably in an eCommerce environment with ROI/ROAS-based campaign objectives.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong work ethic with an emphasis of winning
- Effective time management
- High attention to detail with problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Annual salary of 50,000.00 plus free housing ($20,000 value per year with already paid utilities. You only need to pay for your own food)
