**Skills and Experience**

**As an Agent in Charge you will receive**:

- Existing partnership with a large established local real estate firm and mortgage brokerage, which includes hundreds of warm leads on a monthly basis.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must have Life Insurance license in Delaware and Maryland
- Willingness to get Property & Casualty license in Delaware and Maryland
- At least 2 years of insurance sales experience
- Insurance agency management experience preferred
- Confident self-starter
- Ability to cross sell existing clients with the initiative to exceed sales goals
- Must maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Must be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated, hard-working, able to coach and have great attitude
- Must be a team player
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Pay rate:
- Commission only
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
