**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

**Duties**:

- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
- Identify resources needed for project completion
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

**Experience**:

- Proven working experience as a Project Manager
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Project Server, Scrum, etc.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and program design
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques
- Experience in cost control and change management processes
- Proficiency in Kaizen methodology and requirements gathering
