**Description**:
Basic Function
Manages the contract services program for Facilities Maintenance following policies, protocols and procedures. Schedules preventive maintenance activities for all assigned contracted services and materials for all METRO facilities based on approved preventive plans. Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and safety procedures.
Responsibilities and Specific Duties

This is a temporary PSA job assignment not to exceed six (6) months in duration or $25,000 in total hourly wages during the six (6) month period.

Manages the contract services program for Facilities Maintenance following policies, protocols and procedures.

Responsible to have active contracts with enough capacity to perform all scheduled preventive and reactive maintenance as per Assets Management protocol.

Responsible for producing reports related to contract services performance and contract utilization and following up on all deficiencies and non-compliance of contract provisions and resolve in a timely manner.

Schedules preventive maintenance activities for all assigned contracted services and materials for all METRO facilities based on approved preventive plans.

Coordinates quarterly performance meetings with each active contract, documenting performance and addressing deficiencies. Documents and reports agenda and meeting minutes.

Serves as member of the Emergency Management & Business Continuity Team.

Develops the Budget for all expenditures related to Contracts Services.

Provides excellent customer service to METRO internal and external customers.

Promotes safety awareness and follows safety procedures in an effort to reduce or eliminate accidents

Applies SMS methods and principles in their daily routine and supports all aspects of the agency’s Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP).

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement
High school or GED required. Additional college/technical/vocational training courses preferred.
Years & Experience Required
Five (5) years’ experience in the maintenance of industrial and corporate facilities and contracts development and administration experience.
