Door to Door Rep Wholesaling Real Estate

This is an outbound phone sales role where you are calling warm leads. All leads are submitted by our Appointment Setter's then it is your role to come in as the Closer.
1. Identify potential properties for wholesale deals through various channels, including online listings, networking events, and direct mail campaigns.
2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine the viability and profitability of potential wholesale properties.
3. Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to source off-market wholesale opportunities.
4. Proactively reach out to homeowners to make offers on their properties, negotiate purchase terms, and secure contracts.
5. Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities to ensure accurate property valuation and minimize risks.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies and materials to attract potential buyers for wholesale properties.
7. Manage and maintain a database of potential wholesale buyers, and actively promote wholesale properties to generate interest and secure sales.
8. Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in wholesaling houses to continuously improve acquisition strategies.
9. Monitor and track the progress of wholesale deals, ensuring timely and efficient closing of transactions.
10. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on acquisition activities, sales performance, and market insights.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
