We're hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations primarily at our Fairfax location, with additional responsibilities for our Arlington site

**Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**:Recruit, train, and supervise a dedicated team. Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- **Customer Experience**:Ensure outstanding customer service. Implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
- **Operations Oversight**:Manage day-to-day operations and uphold safety standards. Oversee room set-up, maintenance, and supplies.
- **Marketing**:Develop and execute marketing strategies. Enhance local visibility through promotions, events and social media.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify and implement operational improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management or a related field
- Proven operations management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
