This position is located within the Cell Biology business unit within the Biosciences Division. This individual will be site based at our Frederick, MD, Carlsbad, CA or Madison, WI locations.

**Discover Impactful Work**
The Product Manager, Cancer Cell Models, will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the strategy for an up-and-coming portfolio to establish Thermo Fisher as the leader in the complex cancer cell model space. This role requires a passion for innovation and creativity to develop a portfolio that spans both the research and precision medicine fields. You will work with colleagues to deliver portfolio growth and optimization, facilitate supplier relationships, drive operational excellence, and lead critical initiatives. You will handle product life-cycle management, improve product mix, assist in the development of existing and new products and market segments, and work closely with our internal sales and key customers to enhance supply communication. The role will ensure that our portfolio meets the needs of our growing customer base, to achieve annual revenue and profitability growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the business on new product development core teams.
- Develop and implement critical initiatives for the cancer cell models portfolio.
- Assess and recommend growth opportunities, including new product ideas based on technical and market understanding - enlist others as needed.
- Lead operational improvement activities with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance, providing business guidance on prioritization.
- Establish strong relationships with the global commercial team to drive portfolio growth.
- Improve the communication of the supply availability and reliability to both global commercial partners and external customers/markets.
- Improve the customer experience (CAS)
- Collaborate with the marketing team on the development of a marketing plan, digital and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and expand revenue.

**Education**
- Bachelors degree required

**Experience**
- 5+ years of product management, product development, marketing, or business development

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Successful track record in product management or product research. Technical experience with complex cell culture workflows.
- Product launch experience in the life sciences space.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, excellent interpersonal, customer orientation and problem solving with a can-do demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident presenter.
- Strong financial skills and highly analytical - ability to define product priorities per margin position and market growth potential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $113,500.00-$145,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
