You will work alongside the Senior Vice President of Creative Strategy to lead the charge in crafting innovative campaigns that resonate and achieve client objectives, while living Vault's core values: Heart, Hunger, Curiosity and Excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute advertising and marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they meet strategic goals and client expectations.
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives, providing direction and support to foster talent development and ensure our best work across print, web and digital communications.
- Act as a strategic and creative voice to clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing expert counsel.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, making decisive creative judgments and adjustments as needed to maintain project integrity and vision.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, particularly in AI, to integrate innovative practices into our processes.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 7 years of advertising agency experience, ideally with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the creation and execution of effective, successful advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize and articulate creative ideas that align with strategic insights and client objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building, mentoring, and retaining creative teams.
- In-depth knowledge of content production across various media and a solid understanding of digital and traditional advertising platforms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and clients alike.
- Demonstrated experience in new business development and client relationship management.
