**FJC PROGRAM DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Present the FJC program for community education and potential program partnerships.
- Coordinate and Facilitate monthly partnership meetings.
- Create newsletter to amplify the FJC message and create relationships.
- Attend scheduled events and conferences.
- Assist with grant reporting.
- Attend staff meetings / trainings and complete other duties as assigned.
- GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participate in scheduled staff meetings and staff in-service trainings.
- Attend development training as required and completing other duties as assigned.
- Hold in confidence all organization and client-related information

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to interact well with diverse persons, organizations, and groups.
- Knowledge of social/cultural dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault victimization.
- Must be able to travel out of state for some conferences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bi Lingual Spanish / English a plus

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree. Must complete the 40-Hrs victim advocate training within first 2 months of employment and secure Victim Service Provider certification. - Contract period from time of employment to 3/30/26. Taking interviews now.
