- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in medical terminology and scheduling
- Previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably in urgent care or ER environments
- Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a medical receptionist or handling medical records is a plus

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.23 - $22.00 per hour
