**NIGHT CUSTODIAN**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prior experience in a maintenance role.
- Knowledge and experience in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and technical aspects of security and elevators.
- Knowledge in the care of boilers and equipment
- Perform housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
- Demonstrate proper care and respect for equipment and supplies provided by the district to accomplish duties.
- Assist in snow removal.
- Maintain a safe facility and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain a good attendance record, report to work on time and complete work shift.
- Must be able to work independently and exhibit great pride in assigned duties.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and works well with children and adults
- Other duties which may be assigned by the principal or school superintendent.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.91 per hour
