Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment within our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed for repairs or modifications
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior technicians
