**About us**

Custom Outdoor Creations is a small business in Naples, FL, and our goal is to build custom outdoor creations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in daily tasks and projects.
- Knowledgeable in care and creation for landscapes, including groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, lawn care, and tree care.
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including irrigation systems, garden installations, building structures, retaining, walls, pavers, water features, putting greens.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in landscaping operations.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper landscaping techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscaping or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team.
- Extensive knowledge of landscape techniques.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ability to design and implement irrigation systems.
- Knowledge of plant species, their care requirements, and identification.
- Excellent problem-solving and logistics skills to address any issues that arise during landscaping projects.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
