**Work Environment**

- ** Collaboration**: Works closely with other departments, such as finance, staffing, operations, and human resources, to ensure accurate financial data and support company objectives.
- ** Office Environment**: Full-time position, in an office setting, with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during peak periods such as month-end or year-end closings.

**Total Rewards Compensation**

**Pay Range**: Commensurate with experience. $60,000-80,000 annually

**Qualifications**
- ** Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in the staffing industry is highly desirable.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- ** Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
