**This position involves face to face interaction, offers fully paid training, hourly pay plus weekly bonus and commissions**

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good attitude, work ethic, personality
- Must be 18 years or older

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun
- Answer questions or concerns about services or products
- Provide information about new promotions/devices/accessories
- Assist customers with billing, technical support, or account issues.
- Provide recommendations for problem solution
- Meeting individual and team sales goals
