**NOT A FELONY FRIENDLY EMPLOYER**

**NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED JUST WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND SOME MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE**

**SHIFT: M-F 8 AM-5 PM**

**PAY: $16/HR.**

**Duties for Shop Helper**:

- Produces assigned products following verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to exhibit good written and verbal skills when communicating and completing production documentation.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Work well with others
- Cleaning parts with degreaser and solvents
- Removing burrs and sharp edges on parts using variations of equipment
- Occasional drilling and tapping
- Mopping shop floors as needed
- Must be able to use a hand grinder.
- Forklift exp. is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of Hand Tools.
- Be able to read a tape measure.
- Be able to work in hot/cold environments.
- Be able to learn to use a bander or winder machine.

**Experience**:

- Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (required)
- Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)
- Must have HAND TOOL experience
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
