Starting pay - $28.00 to $32.00/hr.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, hiring managers, and TA teams.
- **Curiosity and Ambition**: Desire to learn and grow within the HR field, with a proactive approach to self-improvement.
- **HR Exposure**: Experience or knowledge in HR practices and processes, with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Ability to manage scheduling, background checks, and coordination tasks efficiently, possibly using ATS systems like Workday.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
