**Position Overview**:
Handle all aspect of accounting and payroll. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable, accounts receivable and general bookkeeping. Maintain accurate employee records and process payroll. Assist with customer service responsibilities. Collaborate with other team members and management on future plans, goals and budgeting.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Handle all accounts receivables responsibilities including invoicing, posting payment transactions (Cash, Check, Credit Card, Financing), collection calls for past due customers, report past due customers to management.
- Handle all accounts payable responsibilities including entering bills into bookkeeping software, reviewing & verifying bills with management, processing bill payments.
- Handle all general bookkeeping task including bank reconciliations, monitoring bank balances, budgeting, reporting and keeping accurate financial records. Work with CPA to create journal entries and prepare records for year end.
- Update payroll records including changes in exemptions, deductions, and pay rates.
- Track and advise all employees about their benefits including paid time off, IRA, and insurance options (Health, Dental, Aflac).
- Update employee handbook with any changes to policies, procedures or laws. Ensure accurate employee records for new hires, promotions, and terminations
- Handle insurance renewals and audits
- Updating and maintaining company programs and systems including Service Titan, Quickbooks, Anti-Virus, and computer backups.

**Assist with**:

- Assist CSRs with answering phone calls, booking appointments, and confirming appointments
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians
- Assist with acquiring permits and work requests
- Assist with marketing, including design of marketing materials, budgets and tracking of effectiveness.

**Qualifications include, but are not limited to**:

- Degree in accounting
- Experience with accounting
- Experience with payroll and human resources
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
- Self-motivated, responsible, dependable, trustworthy, professional, honest, able to multi task

Pay: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour
