Job Description:
- Utilization of CRM, Google Drive, QuickBooks and other software to review the contract specification, drawings, and design details for accurate material ordering.
- Provide the initial client contact with details about the work scope, schedule, timeline and the resources required to finish the project.
- Work with Project Coordinator to schedule all material deliveries, dumpsters, and pick-ups with vendors
- Conduct a final walk through and clean up with homeowner along with getting a signed certificate of completion
- Ensure that proper supervision and leadership skills are provided to all employers as well as subcontractors.
- Ensuring that all exterior projects adhere to the site, corporate, building regulations including pulling permits when necessary, local authority requirements, and state and federal laws govern the same, thus, guaranteeing timely completion of projects as well as calling for a final inspection when necessary.
- Partner with the Finance Department regarding the financial performance of the project at hand by collecting final payment
- Providing safety and hands-on leadership skills to the work team to optimize productivity, proper use of equipment and materials, and the roofing project’s overall performance.
- Build a strong and long-lasting relationship with the existing as well as the prospective crews, partners and vendors
- Supervise the entire project to ensure that it is within the design budget and schedule.
- Monitor with departmental standards that are in line with the organization’s best practices and operational success.
- Provide technical support when it comes to drawing interpretations, endorsing construction methods, and the equipment needed.
- Attend weekly multiple projects meeting to coordinate with other Project Managers.
- Provide a cost analysis and job autopsy breakdown.
- Schedule and Coordinate an inspection of any service issues a customer may have
- Register all proper warranties to homeowner and with the manufacturer
- Recruit and vet new crews along with proper paperwork including subcontractor contracts, insurance, w-9s, and other required documents.
