**ABOUT THE POSTION**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains and troubleshoots phone system
- Maintains and troubleshoot video conferencing systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot security cameras
- Work alongside network team to maintain and troubleshoot Wi-Fi
- Project mgmt. assistance for new turn-ups
- Assist in daily Help Desk duties pertaining to above technologies or when assistance is needed

**Qualifications**:

- Requires 10+ year experience installing and commissioning telecom systems
- Experience utilizing SIP technologies for trunk/call paths required
- Experience with Mitel or ShoreTel phone systems desired
- Experience with an ISP or telecommunications company desired
- Knowledge of Central Office infrastructure and installation practices desired
- Network certifications are considered a plus
- Requires good oral and written communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects

Pay: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
