Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with the service department
- Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of automotive services, including oil changes, alignments, shocks/struts, air brakes, etc.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Uphold dealership standards for customer service and professionalism

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive service procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for accurate documentation and record keeping
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role is preferred

Pay: $56,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
