- Decompose our complex problem space into simple, straightforward solutions
- Share your knowledge across Tagup’s engineering community, assisting in the career growth of our developers

- 10+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience

- Experience working on complex software development projects with significant bottom-line impact

- Proven ability to lead high-quality, large-scale system delivery
- Strong software development skills (unit/integration testing)
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies
