**Call-Center Customer Service Representative (Pflugerville, TX)**
We are a small financial services company that provides customer-centric alternative lending solutions in consumer markets via proprietary underwriting and loan management systems. As a Customer Service Representative you will be an active listener while authenticating information provided for the purposes of funding consumer, short-term personal loans. Our contact center is a fun dynamic environment where you will **earn attendance and performance-based bonuses**. As a CSR you will be working as a team to meet daily goals, initiating contact, and following up with customers while providing exceptional customer service.
**What you’ll do as a Contact-Center Customer Service Representative**:
- Verify and process loan applicant information
- Recommend process improvements. We listen to YOU
- Provide a high level of service to our customers to ensure they understand the loan process, and to create referrals
- Perform other functions as assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Customer service experience including servicing the customer via phone
- Excellent professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
- Willing to work in a Team environment
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to work independently
- **Computer savvy**:
- **type 30 WPM**:
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Access to reliable transportation
**Shifts available**:
Various shifts available. (We are closed on Sundays)
**Pay and Benefits**:
Competitive pay depending on experience with performance bonus. Medical, dental and vision benefits available including 401K Base pay is $15/hr. with opportunity to earn an additional $400 per check for good attendance and achieving KPI targets. This would bring your hourly rate to $20.00 per hour
