We are currently offering a great opportunity to an _**experienced**_ Loan Processor that is looking to work in a fast-paced and exciting field.

**Job** **Description**:
Our Loan Processor’s main objective is to assist our Loan Officers and their qualified applicants with progressing their loans from start to finish. This requires a solid understanding of our loan products, an ability to multitask, and the willingness to go the extra mile to help the customer. Our loan processor will collect and package the required documentation for each file and communicate directly with lenders to obtain loan approval. Training will be provided in order to prepare our new hires for their responsibilities.

**R**esponsibilities:

- Coordinate with loan officers and underwriters to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to borrowers throughout the loan process

**Requirements**:

- Highschool graduate
- Proven experience as a Loan Processor
- In-depth knowledge of loan processing procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This full-time (9am - 6pm) position. Salary commensurate with experience. Bonuses based upon work volume and efficiency.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
