This is your chance to work with MMC’s innovative HR Team In this vital talent acquisition role, you work to ensure recruitment goals and objectives for the hospital campus. You will also meet customer service and technical requirements for position management, applicant tracking, and recruitment.

**Specifically, some responsibilities will be**:

- Recruitment of various positions in a timely and cost-effective manner including
- Conducting probationary/exit interviews to gather data to help MMC reach key performance objectives.
- Maintaining the hospitals database in an accurate and timely manner by reviewing hospital information to determine effect on positions and budgets, updating information to ensure accuracy of data and labor reports.
- Participating in career fairs, open houses, job fairs and other activities.
- Special projects (Joint commission survey, credentialing, AA reports etc. )
- Assisting with recruitment marketing requests and outside recruitment agencies.
- Ensuring department compliance with Joint Commission and EEOC.

**To qualify, you must possess**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.**:

- **Minimum of 5 years HR recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare unionized setting.**:

- Human Resources certification (i.e. SHRM/HRCI) desired
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written English communication skills.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
