**Job Description**:
**PURPOSE OF POSITION**

Assist in the design, development and production of courseware and training products for the U-2/RQ-4/T-38 CAT/CWD contract.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent.

**Training and Experience**:

- Highly proficient in the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, Flash and Audition.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Environment: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Significant experience with photo and video production: digital photography, HD video capture and editing, studio and on-site lighting and sound.
- User interface development: icon design, formatting for various display systems and resolutions.
- Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures of visual communications.
- Understand page composition, color theory and dynamics of Web design to work with Ed Technicians and Instructors.

**General Skills**:
Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision.

**Computer Skills**:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with normal government software and hardware.

**Security Clearance**:
Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in building courseware training materials as required for academic courseware modules

IAW Instructional Systems Development (ISD) guidance set forth in AFI 36-2201, AFMAN 36-2234, and DAFH 36-2675 Vols 1-11. The contractor shall use the following standards and objectives to develop courseware:

- **Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Network, Sharable Courseware Object Reference Model (SCORM). **Courseware interchange and run time requirements (such as SCORM) shall allow flexibility of content use and deployment of the courseware.
- Employ metadata characteristics including a listing of commonly defined fields for each learning object. These fields shall adhere to an accepted set of rules. Creating, handling, and storing the data and electronically transferring the information shall use common standards of operability.
- Contractor-developed CBT will be a minimum of level 2 interactivity as defined in ACCI 11-251.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
