**Summary**:

- To support the Customer Service and Spare Parts department by providing professional and timely responses to our internal and external customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day service operations: rental car, flight, etc. in coordination with the Sr. Manager of Operations, accounting, service personnel
- Cash advance preparation
- Process Cash Advances & Extended Stay Bonuses
- Monitor and Process Incoming Weekly Timesheets, Expenses, Service Reports
- Informing the team of all new information related to service operations above
- Forward information to the Customer Support Department as needed
- Process incoming service requests
- Service Invoicing
- Parts & Service Administrative Support
- Produce Service Reports with the Service Techs for billing purposes
- Maintain manpower schedules with the Sr. Manager of Operations weekly to support customer needs

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in the Machinery industry preferred
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent written & verbal business communication and organizational skills a must.

**Other requirements**:

- Hours as required to meet the needs of your projects

**Education**:

- High School diploma or GED

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Must be able to access and navigate each department at Ingersoll’s facilities
