**Job Title**:Weekend Sub| Direct Support Professional

**Job Type**:

- Part-time (Sub)
- Shifts: 9am - 4pm, 4pm - 11pm

**Location**: Within Somerset County |At the residences within the community.

**Pay**: $16.85/hr

**Benefits**:

**Education**:HS Diploma or GED required

**Eligibility/Experience Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s license
- One year’s experience I/DD (preferred)
- Assist consumers, as needed, in skill development, activities of daily living, personal care, domestic living, recreation and socialization
- Ensure assigned clients’ nutritional needs; assisting with feeding as necessary
- Assist consumers in nutritional planning, grocery shopping and preparation of all meals.
- Collaborate on the development/implementation of consumers’ Individual Service plans (ISP).
- Train and support consumers in all areas of their ISP.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Train and support consumers in the community including: social, recreational, cultural, religion and education networks.
