Brave Wings Therapy is a therapist-owned clinic with a strong collaborative model and growth mindset. Our pediatric private practice is located in Fairfield and Andover, NJ. We specialize in Speech, Feeding, Occupational, and ABA Therapy. Our company mission is to provide exceptional care through every step of the therapeutic process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Relations.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Insurance verifications.
- Communication with families.
- Assist with claims.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to properly address clients in a timely and respectful manner.
- Efficiently handle all client communications between billing department and client concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service skills in every aspect of communication with clients.
- Maintain a positive attitude and an empathetic approach with all client concerns and communications.
- Timely verifications of insurance benefits prior to a client’s appointment.
- Ability to handle daily phone calls to insurance carriers to discuss policies and individual medical benefits.
- Efficiently explain to all clients their benefits and financial obligations.
- Stay up to date with all current and new client’s insurance updates and communications.
- Ability to handle internal communications from multiple departments.
- Communicate with billing department daily and assist with tasks as needed.
- Execute tasks provided by billing departments in a timely manner.
- Ability to contact insurance companies for claim concerns, follow ups, or reprocessing.
- Ability to speak to clients with billing concerns in a confident and respectful manner via telephone communications.
- Work as a liaison between our billing department, clients, and insurance companies.

**Compensation**:

- This is a **Part Time** position starting at $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

**Schedule**:
We promote an excellent work/life balance We are flexible on the times, however we would like to have someone in the office on Mondays & Wednesdays for 5 hours each day.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)
