**Job Summary**:
Responsible for entering and maintaining accurate Pharmacy price data and item attributes into catalog systems. Troubleshoot data issues and initiates timely resolutions. Help make best cost decisions based on price and item availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enters drug and non-drug data into SIMS marketing (ADR7) and SIMS Central Stores (ADR4) including basic department indicator, package size, quantity of units, units of measure, item description, UPC, and Plano linking, etc.
- Maintains vendor catalogs for Pharmacy direct ordering, including managing supply source overrides for non-mainland Pharmacy markets.
- Troubleshoots researches and resolves Remedy tickets and data issues from Store Operations related to vendor catalogs and SIMS.
- Assists in regular weekly/monthly/annual SOX audits on system price controls.
- Communicates with Store Operations and team members on vendor catalog matters.
- Conducts routine and ad-hoc quality assurance processes.
- Collaborates with IC+ database team to ensure Corporate Editor is properly updated with item activity from catalog maintenance.
- Responsible for selecting new store opening clone data.
- Responsible for choosing special cases regarding returns of items based on movement and excessive inventory.
- On a daily basis, selects the best option for purchasing short supply pharmacy items and inventory linking of pharmacy items.

**Basic Qualifications**
- High School Diploma/GED and at least one (1) year experience identifying operational issues and recommending corrective actions to resolve such issues.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience working with Walgreens systems including SIMS and Intercom Plus.
