**_ Auto Repair Techs / Service Technician / Automobile Mechanics Duties include but are not limited to_**:

- Duplicate, diagnose and repair full range of automotive service issues found on vehicles including those of all electrical systems, engine, transmission, suspension, braking system, emission system._
- Use shop equipment and diagnostic equipment with confidence and in accordance with all safety procedures_
- Expertly diagnose issues based upon experience, analysis, and testing_
- Possess an increasingly broad knowledge of how vehicles' components work and interact_
- Perform routine service inspections, test, and lubricate engines and other major components_
- Repair automobiles and light trucks_
- Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and well as in the diagnostics arena_
- Know and adhere to safety and environmental standards for maintenance / repair facilities and maintain a clean and safe working environment_
- Communicate with service advisors_
- Accurately complete repair orders and inspect vehicles for safety concerns_
- Other items as deemed necessary_

**_ Auto Repair Techs / Service Technician / Automobile Mechanics Qualifications_**:

- Must be a success-driven, customer service oriented team player_
- ASE Certifications (or a desire to obtain them)_
- Maintenance and Repair experience_
- Impressive Work Ethic_
- High School Diploma / GED required_
- Must have a current, valid driver's license_
- Trustworthy, dependable and reliable_
- Must have full set of tools_
- Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions_
- Professional appearance and work ethic_
