Job Overview:
We are currently seeking many Residential and Commercial Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of various residential and commercial properties. If you have experience in professional cleaning, facilities maintenance, or custodial work, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, porter, facilities maintenance, or industrial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members

**Must have open availability, pass a background check, have reliable transportation.**

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
