As a Customer Service Representative at Admiral Pest Control, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and driving sales over the phone. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the highest service and satisfaction.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls in a fast paced environment
- Providing exceptional customer service experiences through verbal and written interactions.
- Scheduling appointments and providing basic service information
- Fielding inbound and outbound calls for sales, promoting our services and special offers to potential and existing customers. **YOU WILL RECEIEVE SALES COMMISSION FOR SERVICES SOLD**:

- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database in real and reasonable time
- Assist with administrative support and communication needs to all internal departments (Accounting, Sales, and HR) and Any other duties delegated on an as needed basis

**You are someone who**:

- **Is available to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.**:

- Has 1+ years of Customer Service Call Center Experience
- Has 1+ years of Inside Phone Sales Experience
- Possess Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
- Can Multi-task in a fast paced call center environment
- Is quick to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Are responsible, punctual, and dependable.
- Possess great Problem-solving skills
- Has a Willingness to learn new tasks
- Can make positive first impressions for all callers and guests; friendly; articulate

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
