We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for distributing promotional materials and generating referrals for our dog training services. Your main goal is to bring in new business and help us expand our client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Distribute promotional materials provided by us at festivals, events, and other high-traffic areas
- Engage with potential clients and provide information about our services
- Generate referrals for our dog training programs using creative and innovative methods
- Track and report on referral progress and outcomes

**Commission Structure**:
This is a commission-based position where you will be paid for each referral you bring in. We offer a generous commission structure with tiered bonuses. The more referrals you generate, the more you earn. Our programs include:

- Boot Camp (Basic Program)
- Service Dog (Advanced Program)
- Board & Train (Premium Program)

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for dogs and understanding of dog training services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a growth mindset
- Ability to think outside the box and develop creative referral strategies
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Previous marketing or sales experience is a plus
