**THE JOB**:
As a Valet Assistant Manager, you will provide support to the Front Services Manager and Sr. Front Services Manager with direction and leadership for the team. You will own the execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of Parking and Valet. Ensure high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

**THE STARTING RATE**: $22/hour

**THE DAY-TO-DAY**:

- ** Supervise the Valet Services Team**: Efficiently manage staffing levels, ensuring adequate coverage. Develop and train team members for optimal performance. Enforce company policies and performance standards.
- ** Employee Training and Safety**: Oversee valet and guest service employees. Ensure proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
- ** Periodic Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of valet-designated parking areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- ** On-Shift Meetings**: Lead pre-shift meetings for valet and guest service employees. Communicate important updates and expectations.
- ** Staffing Adjustments**: Make staffing adjustments to accommodate guest needs. Ensure smooth operations during peak times.
- ** Traffic Regulation**: Monitor traffic flow to prevent congestion and delays. Optimize guest services.
- ** Effective Guest Service**: Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries. Provide excellent service at all times.
- ** Guest Complaint Resolution**: Resolve guest complaints within your authority. Escalate matters to management when necessary. Notify supervisors or security of any unusual events.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- ** Education**: Possesses a high school diploma or GED
- ** Minimum** **Age**: Must be at least 21 years old.
- ** Experience**: At least 1 year of parking experience or 1 year in a supervisor role.
- ** License**: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

**THE SCHEDULE**:

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays._

This position will be assigned a split schedule between swing shift (3pm to 11pm) and grave shift (11pm to 7am).
