In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out Social Media Management and Public Relations across multiple platforms, including assigned administrative and project/marketing coordination in support of the Executive in all the Company’s divisions. This is the position for you if you are detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starting, creative and forward-thinking. Based on experience, this position pays up to $60k.

In Summary, duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office and the work site. Support Executive through a variety of tasks related to all of Company’s divisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and Post Press Releases
- Manage Social Media across multiple platforms
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Ensure that licenses and certifications are up to date
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Book travel arrangements
- Actively follow up on leads and proactively work to close sales
- Handle multiple projects
- Assist with various marketing initiatives including attending in-person networking events
- Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock and communicating with the Executive to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing system
- Assisting with various aspects of payroll as needed
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Provide administrative, marketing and research to support new business development, project organization and transaction coordination
- Support team members by producing and maintaining the pipeline and contacts
- Compilation of moderately complex documents and information for necessary weekly and monthly reports, informational packages and/or presentation materials
- Assistance with the preparation, gathering, research and presentation of complex transaction documents and related materials
- Creation and maintenance of databases
- Creation and coordination of social media strategies.
- Arrange, organize and manage meetings and events
- Coordinate the production process, from digital export to in-house printed media
- Other administrative, coordination and marketing responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Social media management experience
- Someone with strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), Photoshop and an intimate knowledge of the social networks and DSPs
- A proactive, flexible, self-starter who has strong problem solving, social, and interpersonal skills
- A strong communicator who is able to manage time and priorities, set and achieve goals and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously and balance workload
- Driver’s License
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines while remaining organized and detail-oriented work product and professional communication
- Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a larger team
- Ability to be flexible with work hours
- Must be well-organized and have the ability and desire to maintain organization

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
