**What We Are Looking For**:
We are seeking a floater Teacher's Assistant for an Early/Special Education preschool classroom. This is a perfect opportunity to learn more about working with young children with disabilities. Professional training and supervision provided. Bilingual preferred.

Position hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

This is a full time position with benefits located in a nice residential neighborhood with parking available.

**Work Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Teacher's Assistant or Aide
- Proof of vaccination required
- High School Diploma required; some College preferred.
- Ability to safely lift to 20 lbs.

**Preferred Dress Code**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in managing the classroom and supporting student learning.
- Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Support lesson planning and implementation, incorporating special education strategies when needed.
- Provide childcare and supervision to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist in curriculum development and adapting activities for diverse learning needs.
- Utilize bilingual skills to support students with language barriers when necessary.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.5 per week
